• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a hob, oven, hot and cold water supply, kettle, two microwaves, and a standard domestic fridge.

•  Entrance Hall: Spacious entrance hall, equipped with coat racks.

• Toilets: Located at the rear of the hall, including a disabled-accessible toilet with ramp access.

•  Parking: Limited on-street parking is available, with additional parking options at Stoke Park, just a five-minute walk away, ideal for longer stays. 

Hire Fee and Payment 

• Hall hire begins at £15.00p/hr and reduces to £10.00p/hr if the booking is over 4 hours in length. 

• A non-refundable £20.00 security deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final balance at the time of payment.
